2. Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days

Processing Time: 5–10 business days (Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume)

Transit Time: 7–12 business days
The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

3. HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING CODE?
Every customer will receive their track & trace code automatically once the order is ready for shipping. The tracking code will be sent to your email used at checkout. In some cases, carrier tracking may only become available 1–2 business days after shipment.

Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for pickup?

Your order will normally be delivered to your address. In rare cases, where door‑to‑door delivery is not available, the package may be delivered to a local post office for pickup.
